Email connecting to MS Outlook

I am trying to connect MS Outlook to my ntlworld email
address. I am able to send emails this way but cannot
receive emails to my ntlworld address in Outlook. Upon
setting up my user account I am getting an error saying -
log onto incoming mail server (POP3) unable to logon to
the incoming server (POP3). Can anyone help??

Hi,

Start by verifying your mail account settings against those provided by =
ntlworld. They may resuire that you logon using SPA (Secure Password =
Authentication), or possibly require that you don't (and you have it =
enabled). It could also simply be that their mail server is down for =
whatever reason.
