When i set up original settings i am the only user
i put my name in as admin.I have now to sets of
folders i.e my docs and davs docs both the same
info can i just have my documents? It wont let
me delete davs account.

You should not use the built-in Administrator account for your
everyday's work, but if you do have your own admin account and want to
use this only:
1. transfer all data to keep from the account you want to delete to
the other account
2. delete the other account from the Control Panel > User accounts
3. if the account's profile folder did not delete in C:\DOCUMENTS AND
SETTINGS you can do this manually from the Safe Mode. See "A
Description of the Safe Boot Mode Options in Windows XP"

The Dav's Documents is just a pointer to the My Documents folder. It is not
a duplication of it.
