If anyone can help me, it would be very appreciated! I
purchased a Windows XP Home Edition Upgrade from Walmart
about a year ago. My kids got a hold of it and needless
to say, it became a frisby while they had it. The package
has been opened but it was NEVER installed. The CD has
lots of scratches and can't be repaired. I still have the
product code. Walmart won't take it back. Am I
just "SOL" (out of luck) or is there something I can do?
Please email any suggestions that you may have. $100.00
is a lot of money. Thanks!!!

After properly disciplining the kids, buying a file cabinet with a lock,
call MS and explain and a shiny new disk will arrive in the mail.
