irritating pop up.....cant get rid of it!

Go into My Computer>Windows>Downloaded Program Files; go
to edit, then select all, delete everything in the
folder. Go to offline webpages folder, delete everything
in there except your homepage.
That should clear it up. Also check in Control Panel>Add
Remove Programs.
