I recently upgraded my Dell Inspiron-4000 from XP-Home to
XP-Pro. My dial-up internet connection has stopped
working since the upgrade. I get an error message "No
modem configured". When I go to Phones & Modem option in
Control Panel, it shows the modem correctly. When I go to
create a new connection, the option for dial-up is greyed
out. What did I do wrong? Can somebody help me to get my
internet connection working? Please help.

Thanks
