Print Scrn

I use icredimail and I can`t send out email with
attachments, it laods up my email with attachments but
doesn`t send it,instead i get an error box ststing unable
to send,incredimail mail support asked me to Print Scrn
and send the err message to them. My promblem is when I
press Print Scrn nothing happens.How do I get that key to
work so I can print the err box in my mail box and send
it to them
