I am connected to a network with a speed of 100mbps yet
my connection seems really slow!!
If i look at the properties for the connection i see that
a massive amount of packets are being sent from my pc
with only a small percentage being recieved. I have
scanned for virus but none found. Any one got any ideas
please.
