loaded fail-safe defaults

My computer crashed. I went into the bios and loaded fai-
safe defaults. Now every time I start the computer it
goes to a screen that says it is scanning the IDE drives
and then says it cannot find the array. How do I chandge
back to original defaults in BIOS?

Try taking out the battery and leave the pc off for about 30 minutes. This should restore to the
defaults.
