missing tooolbar in MS Word documents

Any ideas how to restore the top button bars and the
menus from Word documents. Some key shortcuts work but
for the life of me I can't find a command to restore them.
I uninstalled Office, reinstalled it and - they're still
not there!!!

when you right click it, is there no drop down menu with Customize at the bottom?
