Internet Explorer Address Bar Fonts Size

Could anyone please tell me how to enlarge the fonts size
on the Address Bar of Internet Explore? My eyes aren't
what they use to be and I need a bigger fonts.

Right click a blank spot on the desktop and choose Properties.
Click the Appearance tab.
Click the Advanced button.
In the Item: box choose Icon.
Pick the size you want
Click OK.
Click Apply.
Once it has been applied click OK.
