Using sysprep on XP to join NT Domain

I have searched MS Knowledge base and and this site but
cannot find any information as to why I keep receiving
the following message : The domain could not be accessed
due to networking problems. We aere able to use sysprep
to auo join the domain, but now after half hour or so it
comes up with the above message, but we can maually join
the domain. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
