Hi folks ...
The Set-up:
1. Acer Travelmate C110 with Windows XP Tablet Edition connected to a
desktop PC running Windows 2000 Professional via a crossover cable which
connects the two 10/100 NICs together.
2. The Desktop PC has an ISDN modem connected to it. I have created a
connection to dial up to the internet, shared the connection and enabled
on-demand dialling.
The Problem:
If I connect to the internet using the tablet PC everything works as
expected, however, there is no way for me to disconnect the ISDN connection
from the Tablet PC.
I do not want to use an idle time timeout on the desktop PC. I want to be
able to disconnect the dial-up when it suites me.
The Solution:
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thank you.
