Does anybody know is there is a new release of Personal
web server for windows XP...
if yes, where can i find it...???
if not, how can i develop my web site on my PC...???

i really need to know it...

Check Analogx.com for their simple web server.
Amazing functionality - ease of use - - -- - - no advanced features though
Freeware
However if u have a dynamic IP - u may need something like freedns or dns2go
