Currently the computer is using MSN Dialup service and is
able to get connected.

The problem is, is when I try and add a second dialup
connect using the 'New Conection Wizard', I get to the
third step where it asks 'How do you want to connect to
the Internet?' the option for 'Connect using a dial-up
modem' is disabled.

I have tried uninstalling the MSN account, but that
didn't seem to work.

Any advice would be helpful.
