I have a problem in that I somehow have a log in (177 MB)
that shows up in the system properties - user profiles
area (it does not allow me the option to delete it), but
does not appear anywhere else. I need to get rid
of this file since I beleive it is causing the restart /
shut down problem. I can't simply shut the system down, i
have to go to Start, then log off, then switch users, then
at the left hand bottom I can chose to turn off milli,
then I get the final choice to turn off or restart the
system. Then it tells me that other users are logged on to
this compter, and they may lose data if I turn it off -
Then it says - do you wnat to continue retarting? YES / NO
I need to find out how I can resolve this issue, so that I
can make this process easier for my Mom who will be using
this compter.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
