User Accounts?

Hi, im new to window xp and i was wondering if i could
set up 2 users on the same computer, but one user would
only have access to the files that i want them to have
access to, so i would be the computer administrator and
my nephews account would be limited (i think)Is this
possible?

P.S i dont want him to be able to get into windows and
screw it up when im not around.Any help would be
appreciated.

It is possible using XP's tools if you're using NTFS as your file system.
FAT32 does not support the same security features. The file system can be
chosen when you first install XP or it can be converted later. There's some
caveats to the conversion that are covered in this article:
