Computer keeps restarting when connection is made.

Someone Please Help.

My computer keeps restarting when I get online. The crazy
thing is it only happens under my user account, and no
one elses. When the computer restarts to the log on
screen, it reads:

!System recovering from serious error.!

I have gone to the Microsoft Website and down loaded the
updates, and Service packs, and nothing seems to help.
Does ANYONE know what I can do! Please Please Help.

Extremly Frustrated.
