how can a make a password to a folder i have created that
only i can access without making my own user account

From Windows Explorer, rightclick on the folder you want to secure and
select Properties; Select Security tab. From the 'Group or User names'
remove all entries except yourself (or anyone else who you want to give
access to) & SYSTEM and click Ok. If you are not an Admin, probably you
might consider giving access to Administrators group too.

This will make only you be able to access that folder.
