Logon

Just purchased a new computer at work and I want to be
able to logon to the network when the computer is started
like it did in windows 98. All the connections work fine
but i have to logon through network neighborhood instead
of when the computer opens. Please help

Which version of XP did you get?
XP Home will not do, you need XP Home.
Do you have a Windows Domain or a Novell network?

IF a Domain you need to join it, see System Control panel, Computer
Name, and click Change and enter name of domain to join.

IF a Netware network, you need to install the latest Novell Netware
client from Novell's website.
