Outlook Express Printing

When receiving a message in my email it prints the
message on a yellow background .I'm using a lot of yellow
ink.
Can anyone help me get rid of the yellow background. I
have asked the help of Gateway and Road Runner and
neither seem to be able to assist me

Change the message to plain text. When the print dialogue comes up, click preferences
and see what your preferences are, HTML messages are usually graphical. Look at the
options tab too.
