I just upgraded from ME to XP. When the machine finishes
booting I get the message: "Windows cannot connect to the
E-Support button hardware. You can still access E-
Support by double-clicking the desktop icon. If
restarting your system does not clear this problem, you
can repair it with E-Support. Detail: CreateInstanceEnum
() failed." What is E-Support and why do I not have a
desktop icon for it? Is is relevant that I access the
internet with a dial-up modem, not a high-speed line?
