I have a question i have windows xp home on my laptop at
work they have windows xp i guess business
so why is it when i send myself emails or that contain
documents or try and open a disc with info say logs
etc... from work they come out all jibberish

You have to have the applications on your computer that the attachments were
written in. For example, if the attachment is a Word Document you must have
Word on your computer. The same for Power Point, Excel, etc. It makes no
difference if you are using Home and the work computers are using Pro.
