How do I boot-up a progam?

To Whom it may concern,
Please help....I have just inserted a disc to install my
CD Drive software into my computer and it won't boot
up....My question is how do I get it to boot up?

Hi John,

What won't boot? The CD or the computer itself?

If it's just the program installer, open Windows Explorer and look at =
the CD drive. Doubleclick the setup.exe file to start it.
