incompatible programs

I have several programs that I used on my old computer,
which ran Windows 2000 that won't run on Windows XP HOme
Edition. Anyone else had this problem? What can we do
to fix it?

Try the Program Compatibility Wizard.
Open Help & Support and type Compatibility.

You can also right-click the program's launching
icon>properties>compatibility tab and choose which mode.
