View Full Version : explorer.exe using 100% of CPU

The AMD is OK and the SMC ethernet card is on the HCL.
The driver for the SMC isn't 'digitally signed' but it is
on the HCL.

I'm going back through WinXP installtion now with the card
installed hoping that maybe it will see it during
installation and fix the problem that way.
