When I open a web page it opens minimized.
I would like to have them open Maximized, but don't know
how to change the settings for this to happen.

I've looked around all the help folders / screens /
websites.... but can't find anything to tell me how to
do this.

I have IE... if that makes a difference.

They used to open maximized, but updateing Window's,
Norton AV, or something... it changed.

Please help... Thanks.

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.

A faster method is to Right click on the taskbar and just select "tile
windows horizontally." With only one window in the taskbar, that window will
be maximized and its setting will be remembered after it is closed. In fact,
if only one window is open, there is no need to take the extra time time to
drag edges.
