Just recently upgraded to XP Pro from 98SE and Netscape
7.1 will not start. It installed OK I set it as the
default browser, but when I click the icon (or the .exe),
all that happens is a brief flash of the hourglass curser
then nothing. Just installed MusicMatch jukebox and the
same thing happens. I have admin priv. Why is XP doing
this and how can I get it to do what I want?
