I am at a college and I have two internet connections, the
college LAN and a dialup connection. When I connect to my
dialup service the LAN connection stops receiving data all
together and the dialup connection takes up all internet
activity.

Is it possible to make it so that certain programs will
only use the dialup connection while everything else uses
the LAN connection. I want to be able to browse the web
with the LAN connection while using dialup for games and
other things. The problem is that the LAN connection stops
receiving data when the dialup connection gets connected.
Is there any software that would allow me to do something
like this or is it impossible?

I'm sorry, but what you want isn't possible. There's no way to
control network use based on what program wants access.
