network access

with two new computers, one computer can access the other
through a gateway/router; however, the other cannot.
both computers are set to share on every drive, and both
can access the internet. on the one computer, it says
the network is not accessable, or may not have rights to
the drive. the workgroup is named the same on both
computers.
