System Restore

i also have similar problems. system recovery used to work with plenty of
recovery points. now they only last a couple of days if i'm lucky. can
anyone please supply an answer.

Hi Ian,

Control Panel/System/System Restore tab, click on settings and see how =
much space is allocated to SR.

Hi Rick
Thanks. I do have plenty of space allocated for this. I've now tried
clearing all restore points by checking the 'turn of system restore box'
then rebooting and then clearing the box. I did this last night and the
system checkpoint is there plus one I manually created. Only time will see
if I have cleared the problem.
