Error Code: 0x80070002
Need to workaround "default security provider"
System drive letter has Not changed as a possible problem
as stated in the article -310794.
Used (regedt32.exe) with no solution to prolem.

Did you start the computer in safe mode before deleting the registry keys
shown in KB 310794?

run. Just shows the error message at start up then closes
the start-up.
