I have two accounts that can not get on the Internet. I
have checked and the Icon is there but when You click it
on it say it has encountered a problem and needs to shut
down and then sends out a report.

Willie, you'll need to post more info before anyone can help. The icon
that's not working in the two accounts, what kind is it? A Network
Connections icon or an icon for a specific service provider? If the accounts
are limited, do you have the same icon marked as "for all users" in an admin
account?

Event Viewer is a tool that can give you more info about errors. Start> Run
and type eventvwr.msc then click OK to open the program. Look in the System
and Applications branches for red and yellow items. Match up the date/time
stamp to the time the connection failed. Double click on it for a report
with more (hopefully useful) details about the event.
