Controlling the cursor.

A few weeks ago I found an item which I though might be
helpful so I activated it. This enables one to scroll up
and down without having the cursor pointing exactly to the
up and down arrows. I do not like this feature and want to
remove it but I cannot not now find the spot to do this.
Any information will be gratefully appreciated.

Try Control Panel (classic view)> Mouse
Look for "auto-scroll" settings.
