However, I have a good workaround solution for you. See
Microsoft technet article #319974. You create a default
user profile that each new user will get the first time
they log on. The problem is that it takes a long time to
implement this when you have many computers, and many
users who have already logged on. After implementing this
fix, the user accounts for those who have already logged
on must be deleted, one at a time.
