Ron,
Just download the latest drivers for the products. You'll have to setup a
profile on Roxio's site (pretty crappy), but then it will provide you the
options that you need.

Thats great thanks, but as I can not load the programs I
can not find the TSID numbers in order to register. The
original disc was loaded by suppliers. Have looked in
CAS/OPTIONS but not sure what to look for

EasyCd4 will work in XP with the Roxio updates (not supported by Roxio,
though). Your version of Direct CD will not work.

DirectCD 3 will not work with XP and will cause a lot of system instability
so ensure that you remove it. Add and Remove programs might take it out for
you. On the other hand Easy CD Creator 4 will work with XP if you update it
to 4.05. There is a link here to the Roxio Site for that upgrade. Ensure you
select the correct update for your version of ECDC 4
http://www.roxio.com/en/support/ecdc/software_updatesv4.jhtml
If you upgraded to XP overtop of an existing Win98/Me setup that had ECDC 4
installed you should have removed the app prior to upgrading. Then
reinstalled it again after XP was installed. When reinstalling ECDC 4 do not
install DirectCD 3. And when you reinstall ECDC 4 do not reboot when the
install finishes instead immediately run the patch (as above) to update to
4.05 and THEN reboot. You may have to use the troubleshooting tips here if
you are unsuccessful using ECDC 4
