2 local floders in outlook

hi Norm and Ronnie hanks for your reply it works.

But one of my mail(i.e not the default one)folder doen not receives mail
automatically like the others i have to click the send/recv button to get my
mails. how do i get the mail automatically ??
can i set auto send/recv ?? how??

Hi, ShawnSara.

Click Tools | Accounts... | Mail. Highlight that account and click
Properties. On the first tab (General), check the box at the bottom that
says "Include this account..."

I also customized my Toolbar to include a button for Synchronize All. You
should receive mail (a) when OE starts, (b) when you click Send/Receive, and
(c) when you click Synchronize All (either with the button or from the Tools
menu).
