Outlook Crashing***

I am running XP Pro and Office 97 on a Athlon XP1700 PC.
Outlook was running fine and than it didn't. I open
Oulook, then when I go to Send and Receive I get an error
with mapisp32.exe. After this I cannot exit, send/recieve,
use my tool bars or file menu. My Icons still function as
normal.

I have to close it through the task manager. After this I
receive an error with outlook.exe, hungapp.

When this started I had office SP 2 installed. Then I
installed SP 2.5, No help. My XP Pro is up on service pack
and updates.

Please Help...
