Is there such a program? I have a webserver program (Abyss Webserver
X1) but if I logoff, the server shuts down. I know I can just "switch
users" but there's a wife & kids involved that aren't that saavy.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try Apache. Not sure about HE, but I think it works there. It runs as a
service.
