Spell checkers were never a part of any Windows OS. They
come in various programs but are only a part of that
program. There are tons of free spell checkers you can get
and add to XP. All of the free word processors come with
these functions. Abiword and Open Office to name a couple.
You can also get a plug in that will add a spell checker
to internet explorer. I suggest you open your search in
your browser and type in spell checker and hit enter and
you will find all sorts. Good luck.
