Hi
Can I have both dedicated and dynamic IPs using XP's ICS
which automatically assigns 192.168.0 network. If so how
can this be done or is the IP range already broken into
two groups. If the range is already split what range is
used as dedicated and what range is used dynamically.

Yes, you can do it. There are no predefined ranges, but ICS
automatically checks to see if an IP address is in use before it
assigns the address dynamically.

Assign the desired static IP addresses. If you get a message that an
address is already in use, you can either:

1. Assign a different address, or:

2. Release the IP address on the other computer that has it and then
assign the address statically.
