Critical update 811493

[NattyBumpo]

I noticed this evening that Microsoft has moved update 811493 back to their
critical update list. This is the update that in the past would slow down
your system after it was installed. Microsoft said the slowdown was caused
by various antivirus programs, then made the update a recommended update and
now has returned it to the critical update list. Before I apply it to my
system I would like to know if it has been fixed. Does it still cause system
slowdown? Thanks.

Initial reports report no issues with the new version.

This is the 'NEW' 811493. Just became available. No problems after
installation.
