dialogue box "help'!

hello
can someone please help ,
for some reason i consistently get a dialogue box jumping
at me in the middle of the screen it reads:
enter network password
please type your user name and password.
server .( my server)
user name.( my name)
password. ( my password)
its so irritating ...every few seconds
please help ,thankyou in advance,

ps im running xp pro ,pentium 4

No doubt something is amiss in the box, either your username or password. You will
get that dialogue box when Outlook is sending/receiving.
