Upgrade from ME to XP Pro

network drive intermitinetly does not reconnect though i
have auto connect enabled.

i have one network drive not sure why it disconnects
every once in awhile when i initially boot up machine.
the network drive appears, but has a red x through it.
as soon as i double click the drive it enables.

how do i prevent the disconnection or why is this
happening?
