text under shortcut ikon

small problem driving me crazy-text color under ikon's is
white. How do I cahange it to black? Many, many, thanks to
an unknown friend. Art

Display> Appearance> Advanced. Set desktop color to something light. If the
text is still white, use System properties> Advanced> Performance> Visual
Effects and uncheck the box to use drop shadows on icon labels.
