Web based signing in

Only thing I can figure is something changed in my
browswer settings, but when I go to a web site I can no
longer log in. It opens a window that you get when a
website is down. Ive tried changing security to both
high and low. Anyone have this problem or suggest a
solution?

Which website is this? If the site is not available, it is not your problem
per sey.
