Users are experiencing slow performance on network drives.
Problem is not consistent.
Example saveing a 50mb file takes <10 secs other times 4
mins.
Also periodicly they are getting error "insufficient
system resources exist to complete the requested service"
when trying to open a network drive. I have ran a
continuous ping on a machine as he was experiencing the
problem and it did not loose connectivity to the network.
Suspecting it is software related not hardware.

Any thoughts?
