Purchased new PC with Windows XP(Home) and installed
monitor and multi-function printer/fax/copier--nothing
else. Ran great(normal) for first 4 month--then started
misbehaving about 2 weeks ago. After completing normal
shut-down proceedure, unit advises Windows are shutting
down, monitor closes for a short period and then PC
automatically restarts with the "Welcome" message.Only way
I've been able to shut-off is to go to the Hibernate mode
or pull the plug.Mfg. suggested disableing the
"Automatically Restart" option and setting the value of the
"AutoReboot" key to zero--neither option worked. Please
e-mail ) any ideas on how I can get back
to "Square One". Thanks a million! 84yr.Novice Bob
