Go to the Windows Update Page and click on box on left to
see which Updates you have installed. Find the most recent
one which will be the one giving you the problem.If you
see 811493 you should uninstall it for sure. Write down
the Reference number, then go to Control Panel/Add Remove
programs. You should find this Update listed under
Windows at the end of the list. Just select it and then
choose "Remove" . If you cannot find it there, do a System
Restore to the point before you installed the Update.
