error in my network places

I have a laptop which is connected to the internet
wirelessly through a router. I networked my laptop with
my desktop which is connected to my printer. when I go to
my network places i get an error that says: "Windows
Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience."
I do not know why it happens every time i go there. In
addition, even I get this message, but i can go to my
networks near me and print (when i print something i get
the same error, but the printing process goes on). please
tell me what to do
