Does anyone know where I can apply for a second licence for Windows XP home
edition upgrade?.
I've look on the Microsoft site but can't find out anything about it.

Just be aware that buying a second license from MS is usually more expensive
than buying a 2nd Retail boxed copy at a discount software store.
